I guess stand alone studio monitors may sound better, but I don't have any at the moment and I like the sound coming from within the piano. Then I ran an audio wire back from the headphone output on the iPad to the line in on my Kawai. I then connected the iPad to the Midi USB out on my Kawai ES8. What I did was buy it and install on my iPad. Not completely satisfied with how it works on my ES8 still, but the results were pretty promising.
